Tuesday, May 28th
8:00am - 9:00am Registration will take place in the KHS Atrium (see 0:10 in this video tour of the KHS building).
8:30am - 6:00pm The CRV workshop on 3D Virtual Modeling will be held in room ED193 of the Education Building (ED).
9:00am - 5:00pm The AI Graduate Student Symposium will be held in room ED191 of the Education Building.
6:30pm - 7:30pm Registration will take place in the KHS Atrium.
7:00pm - 9:00pm The Welcome Reception will be held in the Atrium of the Research & Innnovation (RIC) Building. (See 0:10 in this video tour of the RIC building.)
Wednesday, May 29th
7:30am - 4:00pm Registration will take place in the KHS Atrium.
8:00am - 8:25am A joint welcoming session will be held in the Education Building, Room ED106.
8:30am The AI conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED191.
8:30am The GI conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED193.
8:30am The CRV conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED106.
ED191, ED193 and ED106 are beside the "ED Pit" mentioned at 0:19 in this video tour of the Education Building.
5:30pm - 6:30pm BBQ at the Rotunda of Innovation Place.
6:30pm Bus to Wascana Park.
7:00pm - 8:30pm Tour of the Legislative Building (maximum 30 people), Royal Saskatchewan Musuem, and/or walk around Wascana Lake.
8:30pm Bus to downtown hotels, University, and to hotels on South Albert.
Thursday, May 30th
8:30am - 4:00pm Registration will take place in the KHS Atrium.
8:30am The AI conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED191.
8:30am The GI conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED193.
8:30am The CRV conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED106.
6:00pm - 9:00pm The banquet will be held in the Rotunda of Innovation Place.
Friday, May 31st
8:30am - 4:00pm Registration will take place in the KHS Atrium.
8:30am The AI conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED191.
8:30am The GI conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED193.
8:30am The CRV conference will be held in the Education Building, Room ED106.
5:30pm - 9:00pm Visit the RCMP Heritage Centre, guided walking tours of barracks, horse-drawn tours of barracks, guided tours of the museum, theatre showing movie on the history of the RCMP. Hearty snacks will be served.
Saturday, June 1st (optional post-conference activity)
12:00pm - 1:00am Enjoy Mosaic, a city-wide event celebrating cultural diversity (see the 2011 Mosaic map). AIGICRV 2013 attendees will have access to guided pavilion tours.
Parking on Campus all four days
AIGICRV 2013 attendees may park their vehicles in Lot #17 on campus at no charge.
Coffee Breaks all four days
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in the Atrium of the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport.
Lunch Breaks all four days
Lunches are not included in the registration fee. However, there is a wide variety of options available within a 5 minute walk from the conference location, including a food court in the adjacent building, Henderson's Cafe for fresh sandwiches, Common Ground, Quiznos Subs, and Tim Horton's. Just across the street from the University of Regina, there is Trifon's Pizza & Spaghetti House and McDonalds. The Lakeshore restaurant is about a 15 minute walk from the conference location.
